Save The Date: All For Family Holiday Vendor Fair Coming November 6th, 2021

All For Family has some exciting news. We are planning a Holiday Vendor Fair for Saturday, November 6th, 2021 from 1-4 pm at City on a Hill Church in Arnold (2138 Ridge Dr.).

Our event will include Heavy Hors de' oeurves that will be catered by Butler's Pantry, which was graciously donated for our event by an anonymous donor. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be served.

As we are sure you know, fundraising events have been quite challenging during Covid. Other than a couple of small online fundraisers we have had, this will be our first big in-person fundraising event since the beginning of Covid. Our goal is to raise at least $5,000, which will help us continue our mission of serving foster children and families in Jefferson County. This is a very achievable goal, but we need your help to make it happen.

For our vendor fair, vendors will be asked to pay $100 per table. We need 10-15 vendors to participate. Therefore, if you know of anyone that does direct sale products, please share their name and product with us. We want to have a variety of vendor types so we may or may not contact them depending on what we already have. We would like to avoid having duplicates or 5 jewelry tables, etc.

We are also in need of sponsors and donors for our event. Sponsors would receive social media recognition, recognition at the event, and any applicable tax deductions. We could also throw in a couple of free tickets for any donations or sponsorships of $100 or more.

In addition, we are presently collecting donations of gift baskets, gift cards, discount vouchers for good or services, lottery tickets, and other items of value that could be for our silent auction or raffle. Since our event will be just before deer season begins, we would love a least one gift basket for hunting essentials, and would love a donation of a deer blind to raffle so that our event will have something men, or really anyone who likes to hunt, will enjoy as well.

In addition, we need people who are willing to promote attendance by sharing social media posts about the event, promoting it to groups they belong to such as church, civic clubs, book clubs, co-workers, and by inviting your friends and family!

We believe our event has the potential to be our best fundraiser yet, and, with your help & support, it will be.

If you would like to learn more about our holiday vendor fair, would like to be a vendor, a sponsor, or would like to make a donation, please email Amy Baum, who is our event coordinator, at

Thank you in advance to everyone who will be attending our event &/or supporting our event through donations or sponsorships!
