As most nonprofits in the St. Louis Metro Area will tell you, St. Louis has proven time and time again to be a very generous and loving community. All For Family would not be where we are today if it were not for the generosity bestowed upon us by the supporters in our community, for which we are, and forever will be, immensely grateful.
Give STL Day is a day set aside for our community to show up big to support their favorite nonprofits. It is not only a day of giving, but also a day of community awareness and collaboration. This year Give STL Day is May 6th, but please mark your calendars for this special day. If you are like me, though, trying to find time to do something just on one assigned day can prove challenging in the midst of our already hectic lives. So early giving is also an option. In fact, we have already received a couple of donations, and we are very thankful for those who have already given. With All For Family's work with foster children & families, we believe very strongly that "It takes a village to raise to raise a child." We can't do the work we do without the help and support of our community. We understand that Covid has caused a lot of hardships for so many. We are also still very much in need of volunteers to help with our supervised family visits.
